2018 – 2019
- Change management related to underwriting transformation in the areas of risk selection, pricing and segmentation as well as driving people a positive culture, collaboration and development.
- Provided underwriting insights and advice to the Group level Review Advisory Team as well as to a number of local units in close collaboration with functions such as compliance, legal and risk management involving referrals and related guidelines content development.
In the last role as Change Director and as a Member of Executive Staff the following responsibilities and tasks were executed:
- Reinforcing a culture of continuous improvement and willingness for change
- Ensuring the adaption of change management activities is continually understood and planned for by local BUs
- Setting clear and transparent expectations and measurements of performance to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of change management objectives
- Taking timely action to resolve issues which could be impeding progress towards the achievement of change objective

- Following the acquisition of QBE operations in Latin America working on the integration of the acquired entities into the operations of Zurich (2018-2019)
- Improvement of underwriting performance and portfolio tiering practices for Commercial Insurance (2019)
- Simplifying Commercial Insurance Underwriting Guidelines (2019)
- Increasing external transparency about Zurich Commercial Insurance risk appetite (2019)
- Evaluation of local middle-market strategies and opportunity sizing (2019)
- Operationalisation of Zurich’s enhanced sustainability position with regard to fossil fuels (2019)
2014 – 2018
- Globally overseeing the Property, Engineering Lines and Marine (PEM Line of business)
- Providing strategy and direction with profit and loss accountability for PEM line of business
- Granting highest level of authority within the Group for PEM line of business
- Overseeing guidelines, referrals for PEM lines of business
